We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We also offer shipping to international destinations, subject to product and address availability at checkout. If online checkout is not available for your product or destination, email support@theonemusic.com for shipping availability and a quote. We do not ship to non-contiguous U.S. states and territories like Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 3–7 business days within the contiguous U.S. and 5–15 business days for international shipments. These are estimates; customs clearance, weather, and carrier disruptions may cause delays. Preorders follow the shipping estimate shown for the item.

Shipping is free within the contiguous U.S. For international online orders, shipping and applicable taxes are included in the displayed product price. For orders arranged through support, the final quote includes shipping and applicable taxes and may be higher than the price shown online.

We email tracking information when your order ships. Products in the same order ship in separate packages and may arrive at different times. For address changes, missing or damaged packages, contact support@theonemusic.com with your order number. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
