WE SHIP OUT TO:
North America - United States (48-contiguous states only)
  • United States (48-contiguous states only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico) 
  • Countries other than the United States.

ORDER PROCESSING:
All orders are processed within 1-3 days (excluding weekends). During the holiday period, order processing may be delay, any exceptional delays will be advised by email.

SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION:

Customer will receive an email notification once the order has been shipped. This email will include a tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment.

DELIVERIED FAILED:
FedEX/UPS will attempt 3 delivery attempts to your address, if they cannot make a delivery by the 3rd attempt, the package will be returned to sender.

SHIPMENTS TO P.O. BOXES, APO, FPO, DPO:
We apologize for the inconvenience but we currently do not ship orders to addresses with P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO.

MISSING PACKAGE:
If you can't find a delivered package:
  • Verify your shipping address
  • Search your front door, garage door, or other delivery location for your package
  • Check if a neighbor, family member, or roommate accepted the delivery
  • Search for a notice of attempted delivery
