Warranty & Return
Return Policy:
- Any order purchased from www.theonemusic.com has 30 calendar days to return the item from the date you received.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received with the original packing, including warranty card, manuals and accessories.
- If you have received damaged or defective products, please call 1-833-970 -2670 or email us prior to returning the item.
- Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The refund will be processed with 1-3days when we receive return item.
- If you haven’t received a refund within 3 days, please contact your bank to confirm the status first, then contact us to let us know the issue.

Warranty:
The ONE Music Group warrants that its Smart Piano/Keyboard will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1-year from the date of delivery to the customer.

Due to the use of packaging box during the piano transport to ensure the safety, it is recommended that customer receive at least 30 days from the date of receipt of the packaging box.
