Return Policy:

•  Any order purchased from www.theonemusic.com has 30 calendar days to return the item from the date you received.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received with the original packing, including warranty card, manuals and accessories.

•  If you have received damaged or defective products, please call 1-833-970 -2670 or email us prior to returning the item.

• Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The refund will be processed with 1-3days when we receive return item.

•  If you haven’t received a refund within 3 days, please contact your bank to confirm the status first, then contact us to let us know the issue.
