RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days as set forth in this policy.
General Conditions and Restrictions:
Any order purchased from www.theonemusic.com has 30 calendar days to return the item from the date you received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received with the original packing, including warranty card, manuals and accessories.
If you have received damaged or defective products, please call 1-833-970 -2670 or email us prior to returning the item.
Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The refund will be processed with 1-3days when we receive return item.
If you haven’t received a refund within 3 days, please contact your bank to confirm the status first, then contact us to let us know the issue.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you received. If you want to exchange to different items, you’ll need to place an new order, and return the unwanted item to us as a refund.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
