Smart Piano
Yes, all of The ONE 88-keys Portable Pianos
have full weighted keys.
Our pianos support all standard 3.5mm jack headphones or external microphones.
Generally, all standard pedals can work with our keyboards. Please note some pedals may have reverse function, you need to close that function then you can use it with our keyboards normally.
Portable Digital Piano (TON1/T98/NEX) can’t be directly connected to the microphone. If you want to connect the microphone, you need to have computers, sound cards, and MIDI cable. The connected steps are as follows:
l Use a MIDI cable to connect the piano/keyboard to your computer.
l Download the relevant software on your computer, e.g. Logic Pro, Cubase, etc.
l Plug the sound card into the computer and connect the microphone to the sound card.
l After setting up the software, you are ready to use the microphone.
In order to ensure the connect stability, the connected cable used to connect “The One piano/Keyboard” is customized by The ONE. The materials are different from the ordinary connected cable.
There are two reason of automatic shutdown:
1. “Auto Power Off” function
The ONE keyboard/piano is equipped with the “auto power off” feature. If there are no buttons or keys operated within 30 minutes, the keyboard/piano will be shut off.
You can set the “auto power off” function in the APP. Open “The ONE Smart Piano” app, go to “Music Sheet”>”Settings” >” auto shutdown”.
2. Piano accessories are damaged
There are buttons or keys operated before the shutdown, please check the plug is powered and the power adapter is work well.
If the power supply is good, still not power on, it should be need to replace the piano accessories.
The ONE Piano/keyboard can be used as a MIDI keyboard by connecting to a computer via a USB cable.
Please login the “The ONE Smart Piano” App and Open “Keyboard X” function. Your piano/keyboard can be used as a MIDI keyboard.
Please replace the power supply for testing. If the problem doesn’t solve after replace the power supply, the piano need to replace power switch or motherboard. Please contact support@theonemusic.com.

Piano support standard plug 6.5 mm or plug 3.5 mm.
Please check whether plug into the right hole. The headphone jack is under the piano, do not plug into the behind.
If you cannot hear any sound coming from your piano, please follow the steps below:
1. Make sure the power is turned on.
2. Make sure your smart device is not muted.
3. Make sure there is no adapter or headphone plugged into your piano headphone jack.
4. Check all cord connections.
5. Restart your piano/keyboard.

No, The ONE SK-TOK Light Keyboard has touch-response keys.

“The ONE Light Keyboard” can directly connect to the mic. But only moving coil microphones are supported, capacitive microphones are not.
1. When used alone, the piano preset with 20 instruments, you can adjust the timbres by rotating the volume button.
2. 417 timbres, 16 folk instruments, 9 percussion sets, 603 drum sounds, 256 GM2 tones can be selected when connected to “The One Smart Piano” App.

1) Try to open a sheet music and check whether the connection icon at the top left corner of the screen is red or green. Green means connected and red means not. If it is red, please check the cable or Bluetooth connection again.
3) Try another smart device, if the connection also failed, then it means the cable was damaged, you would need a new cable. The library will be updated regularly with new songs. If you have some specific songs you would like us to add to it, you can send an email with the song's information (song title, artist, album, etc.) to support@theonemusic.com.

The Bluetooth connection is available now for SP-NEX、SP-TOP1、SK-COLOR and Piano Hi–Lite. But for other model pianos and keyboards, you should use cables to connect with the smart device.
Yes, you can connect the piano/keyboard to the computer by using a USB A-Male cable (you need to buy it from The ONE official website), and then the piano/keyboard becomes a MIDI keyboard.
The ONE piano/keyboard supports the following third-party apps:
Magic Piano, NoteWorks Lite, PA player, Piano Partner, Sample Tank, Simply Piano, Synthesia.
Third-party apps can use “The ONE Smart Piano” for MIDI input, and also turn the piano to a music and podcast creation system.

Hardware Limited Warranty and Remedy:
The ONE Music Group warrants that its Smart Piano/Keyboard will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1-year from the date of delivery to the customer.
Due to the use of packaging box during the piano transport to ensure the safety, it is recommended that customer receive at least 30 days from the date of receipt of the packaging box.
